\n<\/strong>Almond 45%, sugar, milk, extra virgin olive oil, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (sunflower oil, cocoa butter), emulsifier: soy lecithin.

THE ALMOND CREAM\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0- USES AND CONSUMPTION:<\/b><\/h4>\n

Almonds are a widely used ingredient in various traditional cuisines in the Mediterranean area, particularly in Sicilian cuisine, both sweet and savoury. They are hand-picked in August-September and are used both in cooking, as in the case of Trapanese pesto, and in confectionery, for a variety of desserts, creams and ice creams.<\/p>\n

Almonds are particularly recommended in the diets of individuals with chronic and metabolic diseases, such as type 2 diabetes and hypercholesterolaemia. Almonds are for the most part sweet, but there is a cultivation of bitter almonds, which are used in combination with sweet almonds to make macaroons and to produce liqueurs.<\/p>\n
