ALMOND PESTO - USES AND CONSUMPTION:<\/h4>\n

Almond pesto is a condiment with a sweet and delicate flavour. The primary factor is the almond. Originating from the Asian basin, the plant spread to Italy many centuries ago and its fruit possesses powerful and varied organoleptic properties. In fact, the almond is considered a complete fruit, containing a considerable amount of substances such as B vitamins, vitamin E, protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, copper, phosphorus, omega-3 fatty acids and fibre. It fights anaemia, is an anti-free radical par excellence, fights ageing, is an excellent ally, for those who practise sport, as it is energising, for those who study, because it increases concentration and memory.<\/p>\n

There are innumerable recipes that can be made with almond pesto. It is a very versatile and popular condiment that has become indispensable in the kitchen.
