GREEN OLIVE PATE - USES AND CONSUMPTION:<\/h4>\n

Green olive p\u00e2t\u00e9 is an absolutely fabulous condiment with a strong and addictive taste. The goodness of the pat\u00e9 depends on the quality and type of olives used. These give the product an aroma and fragrance that brings us back to the taste of freshly picked olives.<\/p>\n

Green olives are a very rich source of group vitamins A, B, C and E. Thanks to the mineral salts they contain, they supply the body with iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium and iodine, which provide the intestine with oleic acid that helps regulate the intestinal system and strengthen the immune system.<\/p>\n

Green olive p\u00e2t\u00e9 can be used in a thousand ways. This condiment is perfect for preparing first courses and main courses of meat or fish. Thanks to its creamy consistency, it is excellent when spread on canap\u00e9s, crostini, bruschettas, bread, potatoes and vegetables, or to be combined with local cured meats and cheeses such as provola dei Nebrodi.<\/p>\n
