Boil the pasta in boiling water with salt for the cooking time.
In a frying pan, fry the onion with a little olive oil, then add the diced bacon and fry until golden brown.
Add the milk, cream and Torrisi`s pistachio pesto, stir it all together and leave it to cook for about 5 minutes.
Finally, drain the spaghetti, add the prepared sauce, and sprinkle with a little pistachio grain. The dish is ready to be served and enjoyed.
