- 1 Jar of dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 Jar of anchovy fillets
- 1 Jar of salted capers
- 1 Jar of black olive pate
- 1 Can of tuna in brine
- 1 Jar of sliced aubergines in oil
- Seasoned pepper
- Oil to taste
- 1 Lemon Gezest
- Bread
Cut a slice of bread, garnish the slice with sun-dried tomatoes in oil, then add salt capers and anchovy fillets, finally add a pinch of oil and some lemon gezest.
Cut a slice of bread, spread some black olive pâté, add some salted capers and red tuna in olive oil, then add a pinch of oil.
Cut a slice of bread, garnish the slice with dried tomatoes in oil, add sliced aubergines in oil and slices of seasoned pepper, and finally add a pinch of oil.
Place each slice on a plate and there you have your trio of hors d'oeuvres to serve to each person present
