BLOOD ORANGE MARMALADE - USES AND CONSUMPTION:

Our blood orange marmalade is made with the exclusive use of Sicilian blood oranges, grown on the slopes of Mount Etna. Their intense red colour is given by the temperature range the plants experience between day and night.

Delicately sweet-tasting blood orange marmalade is perfect for spreading on buttered bread and is an excellent ingredient for delicious and delicate recipes such as cakes, tarts and crumbly biscuits. The special characteristic of this marmalade lies in the presence of small orange peels that accentuate the flavour, giving it a more intense and fragrant aftertaste, which comes from the essential oils of the peel itself.

Rich in vitamin C and natural antioxidants, this jam helps and protects the immune system from external agents, especially in colder seasons.
