ORANGE BLOSSOM HONEY - USES AND CONSUMPTION:
Zagara honey has a light colour, turning white after crystallisation, and a fresh scent. It is pleasant to the palate, thanks to its intensely aromatic yet delicate taste, like the flowers from which it comes.
It has remarkable beneficial antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, is an invaluable source of energy and can be used as a cough suppressant and to combat colds and flu symptoms. It also has its own peculiarities. It has a relaxing and calming effect and is often recommended for alleviating states of anxiety and combating headaches and insomnia. In addition, it contains antioxidant nutrients that fight free radicals in the body.
Its sweet flavour makes it very palatable and for this reason it is often used in the preparation of savoury dishes, such as roasts, and desserts, especially fried. Its consumption is highly recommended in combination with cheeses such as smoked provola ragusana and caciocavallo.

Andrea -
For a type of honey, defined as unprocessed and unprocessed, it is fantastic. Until now, I have always eaten fantastic jam made only at home, and every now and then, given the presence of farmers in the area, I would try to taste their honey. If one wants a jar of honey, both good and not heavy, without having to ask too many 'questions' about where to find it, who to get it from, and what it is really worth, this is a really good honey.
I recommend it to everyone!
