Warm heart with pistachio cream
Warm hearts with pistachio spread are now famous desserts all over the world, lunches and dinners always end on a high note if we can eat a warm heart.
Equipment
- 1 Saucepan
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Cake whisk
- 5 Aluminium cupcake moulds
Ingredients
- 75 g Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 60 g Sugar
- 40 g Flour
- 150 g Torrisi`s Pistachio Spreadable Cream
- Icing sugar to taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and Torrisi`s pistachio spread in a bain-marie.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
- Add the melted butter with the Torrisi`s pistachio cream from the saucepan to the dough and mix with the whisk. We complete by adding the sifted flour.
- Grease and butter the aluminium cupcake moulds and pour in the previous mixture. Do not fill them up to the edge, leave at least half a centimetre of empty space.
- Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 180° for about 15 minutes. The baking time is crucial and every oven is different, so it may vary by a few minutes. The cupcakes will be ready when the surface has started to harden.
- We take the ready-made cupcakes out of the oven and wait 1 minute. As soon as the minute has elapsed, turn them out onto a plate and decorate with icing sugar. Our warm heart with Torrisi`s pistachio spread is ready to be served and enjoyed.
Notes
Besides pistachio, hot hearts can be prepared with other types of creams, such as chocolate, white chocolate or hazelnut, for a variety of flavours and tastes.
