INGREDIENTS: Pistachio 45%, sugar, milk, extra virgin olive oil, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (sunflower oil, cocoa butter), emulsifier: soy lecithin.

PISTACHIO CREAM SPREAD - USES AND CONSUMPTION

We process the finest hand-picked pistachios to create a spreadable cream with an unmistakable flavour. Handcrafted, our pistachio cream contains 45% pistachios and is perfect for creating a variety of recipes, such as tarts and cakes. You can combine it with sweet pancakes, spread it on warm bread, or enjoy it by the spoonful, straight from the jar.

After being harvested, shredded and slowly dried in the sun, the pistachios are shelled and then proceed to the processing stage. After being ground and crushed, the pistachio turns into a dark green to brown cream, ready to be mixed with the rest of the ingredients.

The use of quality raw materials allows us to produce an excellent product with an irresistible taste. Our pistachio spread is gluten-free and contains no palm oil.
