Spaghetti with pistachio pesto and pancetta
Spaghetti with Torrisi`s pistachio pesto and pancetta is a tasty, creamy and easy to prepare first course.
Equipment
- 1 pot
- 1 frying pan
Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 150 g Torrisi`s Pistachio Pesto
- 150 g Diced bacon
- 200 ml Liquid cooking cream
- 50 ml Milk
- A quarter of an onion
- Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pistachio grain to taste
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in boiling water with salt for the cooking time.
- In a frying pan, fry the onion with a little olive oil, then add the diced bacon and fry until golden brown.
- Add the milk, cream and Torrisi`s pistachio pesto, stir it all together and leave it to cook for about 5 minutes.
- Finally, drain the spaghetti, add the prepared sauce, and sprinkle with a little pistachio grain. The dish is ready to be served and enjoyed.
