SWORDFISH SAUCE
FORMAT: 200 g glass jar.
INGREDIENTS: Tomato sauce 45%, swordfish 35%, aubergines, sultanas, pine nuts, onion, mint, olive oil, salt, black pepper.

The real star of this sauce is the swordfish. To the tender swordfish meat, diced, are added fried aubergines, pine nuts, sultanas, tomato sauce and mint. The acid content of the tomato balances the sweetness of the other ingredients and gives balance to the sauce itself.
